When change and growth are coming into your organization open the door and leave it open.
Change is one item that is always hotly contested. Its either great or horrible. This is usually spearheaded in principle by those that set the tone of the organization.
Change can arrive at the door step of your organization through many different means, maybe its a matter of leadership change, maybe it comes from tragedy, maybe it is under the scrutiny of governing oversight.
The reality is this. We mush evolve with change. We must evolve. Continuously dragging our knuckles will get us no where. We are far beyond that.
We are under a growth period here at NexGen and for anyone to think that it is coming along easily is mistaken. We are following what seems to be the natural path and are making very calculated decisions as we go along. Some of our followers that were here in the begging have left us along the way. Some of supporters are no longer in such a supportive role. The bottom line is this. We are evolving. It happens. It happens in business as well as in any organization. We like to think that we are moving onward and upward. We have made lots of great friends along the way and had some amazing experiences.
In addition to using some different platforms as well as a new site and e-retail store on the site we are constantly working to bring our valued community some of the things that they want the most. We are always open to suggestions and would love to hear from you.
Stick with us over the next few weeks as we completely role out some great new tools.
Here are two of the things that we are pretty excited about:
1) The Book Exchange Program.
This project is developing to be able to share books with one another in the NexGen community. With this program you will be able to subscribe to the program and as a user we will begin to share knowledge through literature. We are still in the development phase of this and are ironing out all the logistics but it is coming together nicely.
2) Coaching and Consulting services.
We are beggining to offer coaching and consulting services on a contract basis. Please check out our website for more information.
